In honor of national poetry month, during the month of April, poets across the globe participate in an activity called "30 for 30." It involves writing 1 poem for every day of the month. Rudy Francisco takes on the challenge each year and pushes himself to write a poem each day. After the task was completed, he published the poems in the form of a chapbook called "No Gravity." I bought this book after devouring Helium which I received as a NetGalley ARC and adored. Francisco’s oeuvre is not long and I decided to purchase his other books. After reading this book I can see how he has matured as a poet. I liked this book a lot and it has a handful of gems amidst the 30 poems contained within its pages. Not bad.Product details

Amazing book
I bought this book thinking it was like the poems I read on-line by Fransisco...it was not as deep as those poems....I gave it 5 stars because he is an excellent poet however this book in particular does not showcase those deeply reverential pieces I read on instagram & his website
Rudy Francisco is one of my new favorite poets. I feel at times that his words convey my thoughts. He truly reaches deep into heart break and what its like to fall without a safety net.
I love this book so much. My favorite modern day poet. No gravity put my feelings into words. Thank you.
This book is so sad. Got me all in my feels. From one poet to another, I genuinely hope you're doing OK Rudy. You are very positive-minded. Whenever there seems to be lost hope, I find your words healing and motivating to remain ambitious throughout life's journey... simply because our heartbeat reminds us that there is still work to do. The poems in this book are refreshingly unique, special! I do not honestly recall purchasing this book. I have the version. Maybe that is the only format availability. I must have bought it on accident. I am certain had I been interested in purchasing poetry, even if unfamiliar with the author and the poems, I would have chosen a hardcopy of it. books are okay at times, but I much prefer having the opportunity to hold a book and feel something other then a plastic, glass, or metal and that it is an electronic device.
I started seeing his poetry on Facebook so finally I decided to purchase one of his chapbooks. Best decision ever. His poetry is very moving and beautiful and very much worth the read. It's very relatable and I love reading it.
